Refund policy

All Sales Final for Opened Products

Due to health, hygiene, and food safety reasons, all opened or unsealed tea products are non-returnable.

Sealed Products

  • Sealed, unopened items may be eligible for return only if defective or damaged.
  • All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@maripremiumtea.com within 14 days of receipt.

We may request:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the damage

If approved, we will provide:

  • A replacement at no cost, or
  • A refund to your original payment method if a replacement is unavailable.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Sale Items

  • All sale items are considered final sale.
  • Opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Unopened sale items may only be returned if damaged or defective.

Wholesale Orders

  • EU consumer law does not apply to wholesale or business-to-business sales.
  • All wholesale orders are final sale unless otherwise agreed.
