Refund policy
All Sales Final for Opened Products
Due to health, hygiene, and food safety reasons, all opened or unsealed tea products are non-returnable.
Sealed Products
- Sealed, unopened items may be eligible for return only if defective or damaged.
- All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@maripremiumtea.com within 14 days of receipt.
We may request:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence of the damage
If approved, we will provide:
- A replacement at no cost, or
- A refund to your original payment method if a replacement is unavailable.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Sale Items
- All sale items are considered final sale.
- Opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Unopened sale items may only be returned if damaged or defective.
Wholesale Orders
- EU consumer law does not apply to wholesale or business-to-business sales.
- All wholesale orders are final sale unless otherwise agreed.
